Position Mission:

The LeagueApps Head of Sales Operations is a new department and we are looking for a leader to help us grow and run this department! This person would be responsible for delivering quality reports and analysis on the sales organization needed to drive revenue. We are looking for an intelligent, organized, highly driven individual, ideally with knowledge of SaaS company metrics and building organizational processes. This role will be responsible for working with multiple constituencies across the sales organization (and possibly others) to develop, manage, optimize processes related to sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own KPI reporting and dashboards on historical results, current performance, and expected results for the sales team, managers, and leadership
  • Provide analytical support in defining quotas, help with territory alignment, and lead distribution
  • Automate lead acceptance and distribution to sales reps
  • Own Salesforce, Salesloft, and Saleshood administrative tasks for all sales related improvements, training, and optimizations to increase sales productivity
  • Calculate monthly commissions for team members and finance
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to allow the sales machine to scale
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Sales Ops experience
  • Experience in building processes from the ground up
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Extremely fluent in Salesforce
  • Proven track record of high-impact success
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic required to drive business outcomes
  • Ability to identify needs
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills; ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value
  • BS/BA required
