The Launch Specialist will be a tech-savvy, self-starter who has a knack for training customers and providing them with excellent service.
The Launch Coach will play an integral role in making our Partner Management team the driving force behind acquisition and retention at LeagueApps. The Launch Specialist will have the chance to shape the type of service and value we provide to our partners (our customers). We want partners to rave about our service and community like never before, thanks to you!

Own the LeagueApps onboarding process, including training partners on how to best configure and utilize LeagueApps for their organization.
Build strong relationships with League Directors, owners, and organizers.
Become a Product Expert! Provide the product team with key product feedback that will help service partners.
Be a master problem-solver. Learn to think creatively in order to provide solutions for partners' needs.
Maintain 90% launch rate.
Initiate projects and processes that will help streamline the implementation process for our partners.
Manage smaller projects independently: Day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Thorough understanding of digital software products, web technologies, mobile applications and current trends.

1+ year(s) experience working in Customer Success/Implementation at another SaaS platform.
Experience with CRM's, Video Production, HTML, CSS, Photoshop.
Excellent time management skills as multiple clients and projects will be managed simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous project/customer management experience.
